Andrew helps organisations stop managing the stereotype and start managing the person. Twenty years in health and wellbeing communications taught him that communication strategy is routinely left out of the wellbeing conversation, and that getting it right shows up in performance.
His passion for great team communication has taken him on a journey into the past in search of wisdom from a by-gone age. A passionate traveler and lifelong learner, Andrew brings global perspectives and human connection to every stage, encouraging audiences to reflect on their own generational bias and take action to build a Timeless Team ethos for the future.

Whatever our age, we want much the same things from work. So why does it so often feel as though we are speaking different languages?
Because the gap most organisations try to fix is not the one costing them. Measured properly, the differences between the generations are small. The differences we assume are enormous, and we act on the assumption rather than on the person in front of us. That is the generational assumption tax. It is paid in stalled projects, in knowledge that never transfers, and in good people who quietly leave.
Andrew's antidote came from an unexpected source. His grandmother, Harriet Weston, who lived to 107. She saw more change in a single lifetime than any five generations currently at work, and she never lost the ability to talk to anyone.
